Fundraising is just one of those things that comes with the territory of being a parent of a student. We try to make supporting our kids and their schools more of a celebration than an obligation, but in the flurry of 5ks, gift catalogs, and bake sales, we understand that it can feel a little overwhelming. That's one reason we put together this short list of Super Simple Things You Can Do To Support Easthampton's Elementary Schools. They're all quick, easy, convenient ways of helping out, and they don't require you to spend any extra money!

1) Use your Stop & Shop card. With A+ School Rewards, your school earns money every time you shop with your Stop & Shop card. Go to: to register your card.

2) Vote for Easthampton Elementary PTO. Florence Savings' Customer Choice Community Grants program allocates $100,000 to various community groups, including the PTO. Voting runs until December 31. Cast your vote at:

3) Save your box tops! Eat Cheerios? Buy Annie's Mac & Cheese? They're among the multitude of products that can put money into our schools. Before you toss the boxes into recycling, cut out the box tops and give them to your school. Find more information at:

4) SMILE with Amazon! If you shop on Amazon, go to and select "Easthampton Home and School Association."  The AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price from your eligible AmazonSmile purchases.
