The Easthampton PTO depends upon the ideas and enthusiasm of our school community to put together events, work on fundraising or just support our students and teachers in any way we can. We are always grateful for whatever time and input families can lend. Choose a committee that fits your goals and interests.
  • Plans and organizes fundraising events, researches and applies for relevant grants, oversees Box Tops for Education, Campbell's soup labels and other rewards programs.
  • Annual events include: Pancake breakfast, Apple a Day 5K, Bake sale, and Silverlight Graphics children's art sale

  • Supports the extremely popular school gardens program by securing funding, working with the administrators of both schools, and organizing volunteers for garden care.

  •  New committee forming to create and implement a Walking School Bus program at the elementary schools.

  • Connects the PTO to the greater Easthampton community through events and partnerships with local businesses and community members that promote and support our schools and enrich students' experiences
  • Key event: Kindergarten Information Night

  • Recruits volunteers for all committee events or at the request of the schools. 
  • Some pet projects of this committee include: School Garden, resource libraries and working to simplify and improve general volunteer communications.

  • Manages marketing and communications to keep community informed about all events, meetings, fundraisers and other PTO efforts through social media, flyers, newsletters, etc.
